and implement future additions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: |
5
or more years of proven
experience in developing
websites and applications
In-depth knowledge of
at least one object-oriented
programming language
(Java, C++, Ruby, Python,
PHP5) and general OOP
concepts
Working at least one
year with Ruby on Rails,
including implementation
of non-trivial applications
Experience with the
issues arising in high-load
environments
Experience in working
in development teams
Dedication and a high
degree of self-initiative
Customer and results-focused
working style
Good communicator with
all types of colleagues
(technical and non-technical)
Ability to learn quickly
and flexibility to adapt
to new requirements
Ability to get the job
done in high visibility,
stressful situations
Fluency in English and
German
Ideally, experience
with agile development
(or some aspects of
it)
